Do you know that there are different types of anxiety and different levels?
Anxiety is defined as a feeling of worry or unease about something that hasn't yet happened.  It can be something that assists us in situations by making us ready to address a situation.  However,  when it is elevated for prolonged periods of time, anxiety can block productivity, increase our heart rate, deplete us, and lead to other long-term health issues. 

What are some of the 'Root' causes of anxiety?
How can we know when unhealthy anxiety exists?
