Jenn and Rose talk about how gratitude has played an important part in their lives.  They share how they define gratitude and the benefits associated with it.  Being grateful for ourselves, for others and for all living beings can raise our vibration and help us live a more harmonious life.    Even when life gives us a tumble, being grateful can uplift us and help us and make us more resilient.   Gratitude can be your 'beacon of light'.  Towards the end of the podcast you will be guided through a short Gratitude Exercise.
