Elise Nicole:

Thank you, I'm so glad to be here. Thank you for having me, rose.

Rose:

I'm so grateful that you're here today. Thank you, I'm so glad to be here. Thank you for having me, Rose. I'm so grateful that you're here today. We'll start off just by asking you to share a little bit about yourself who you are, what you do?

Elise Nicole:

Yeah, I would be happy to share. So I am Elise Nicole Kirkpatrick, as you shared, and I am a feminine authenticity and embodiment mentor and I am wildly passionate really about helping women to restore and reclaim their magnetism. And my gifts really started when I tapped into myself as an oracle and tapped into my oracle wisdom as a woman and know it's been a beautiful journey and I'm happy to share more about that journey with you. But I'm just so happy to be in this place where I am now, where I feel so confident and alive in how I get to help women in the world.

Rose:

That's wonderful and it shows your energy is just so beautiful and authentic and it really you radiate and I know that's wonderful yeah, and I know that's your, your passion about helping women connect with that inner radiance and letting it shine. And as I'm saying that, I'm getting goosebumps, so it's. It's just so nice to that that they're, that you're there, doing that yeah, thank thank you.

Elise Nicole:

That's such a beautiful reflection. Thank you so much.

Rose:

Of course. So you help women step into their true essence, as you'd like to say. Can you tell us more about that, how you approach that?

Elise Nicole:

Yes. So I'll kind of tell my story so that it makes a little bit more sense here why I'm so passionate about this and why this is my signature essence medicine for the world. So I was originally when I turned 18, I joined the United States Coast Guard and kind of went into the world of the masculine, and more so than just joining the Coast Guard. I actually ended up as a fireman and diesel mechanic and worked on, you know, engines, diesel engines, was a small boat engineer, a firefighter, law enforcement in the Coast Guard and that is a very masculine, heavy kind of job. And I would say that during that time time I was kind of known as like the girly fireman, I would say, where everybody was like used to me walking on and off the boat. I was on a ship originally, you know, in dresses, and everybody knew that during the day Elise was know kind of that badass in the engine room, knew her stuff. And then after work, when I would walk off the boat, I went into my full feminine and I lived in Hawaii at the time so it was very easy to be in my feminine off hours. But what I found is that I was living in such duality where half of the day I was, I had to be one of the guys. I mean, even when we pulled into port calls, I hung out with the engineers because that was my crew and so, as you can imagine, sailors pulling into port calls it's lots of drinking and lots of sailor-like, men-like things.

Elise Nicole:

And when I decided to get out of the Coast Guard, I went the complete opposite direction and went fully into my feminine. I became a yoga instructor and delved even deeper. I was doing yoga while I was in the Coast Guard, but I just gave it my all. I delved even deeper. I was doing yoga while I was in the Coast Guard, but I just gave it my all. I delved even deeper into meditation and Kirtan and esoterics and you know, I got even more Oracle card decks and I really, like dove into being an intuitive and letting my life be led through my intuitive wisdom. Because when you're in the military you don't really have that opportunity, I guess in the Coast Guard, because we're doing life saving a little bit of it is intuitive, but you're checking the boxes, you have to follow the rules and follow the time and everything is very structured. Rules and follow the time and everything is very structured. And so, yeah, I became a yoga instructor and was teaching yoga and through that I realized really that I had this passion for helping people to tap into their deepest essence of what makes them unique. Because I even saw in the yoga world that, you know, your foot needs to be exactly like this, or your posture needs to look exactly like this in the asana, and you know, I just had this deeper passion for helping each of my students to express themselves through their own yoga practice.

Elise Nicole:

Long story short, I became a mother and went through some, really I would say, kind of traumatic experiences, with anxiety and depression and panic attacks, and it wasn't until my children were about three and four or so that I fully decided, okay, I have to help myself.

Elise Nicole:

And then, in order to help myself, I have to know who I am and I have to understand my intuitive gifts and I have to follow my oracular wisdom without being, you know, influenced by everyone outside of me, because that's how I led my life really before and then in the chapter before. And so, yeah, it was just like a beautiful shift that I had to let everything dissolve and fall away and start to follow that intuitive guidance from within and from there, people in my yoga classes were magnetized to me and were asking me like how are you so authentic? What's different about you? You know similar to what you said. You radiate what. How do you do that? And so I really just decided in that time like I'm going to help everybody else do this is because this is what saved my life and helped me become the woman that I am today.

Rose:

So you were meant to. That's amazing. First of all, I'm impressed and in awe of everything that you've done and how you were able to really hear the nudges or feel the nudges within, to allow yourself to go that direction and then even further, to understand that you're here for a higher purpose, and that is to help others embody this wisdom and this essence that is their birthright. As you like to say, you work a lot, mostly with women, and what are some of the common struggles that women, that your clients and women that come to you have?

Elise Nicole:

Yeah, I would say the most common struggle is a fear of being known in their truest identity, a fear of not being enough, a fear of not feeling worthy of expressing their most authentic essence, a fear of not being bold and sharing their multifaceted passions and what makes them unique. And so I would say, when women come to me, I'm trying to think of, like my clients right now, what's the best expression for them. I would say that they're really learning what their desires truly are, who they desire to be on a higher self level and how to close the gap and be that now.

Rose:

I can relate to what you're saying as far as some of the struggles as a fear of being known and fear of allowing your true self to emerge. So people come to you and then you have conversations with them, find out what is their blocks, perhaps based on their experiences, and then help them identify where their direction. You know, I've heard you say before that women hide behind labels.

Rose:

And I've heard you say this in another podcast, and these are labels that other people give us or we even give ourselves. Can you elaborate on that a little bit?

Elise Nicole:

Absolutely. Yeah, this is probably the biggest piece is you know all of us that are listening. If you have ears to listen right now, you have been alive on the planet during a time where you grew up and you were told check off these boxes, do these things. This is how you get ahead in life. This is how you're successful. This is what it means to be successful. You know, if you want to grow up, be married, have a family, this is who you have to be to have that. Or if you want to be this or that X, y or Z you have to do this, this and this to be that person. And this is kind of the base of where all of my teachings start, and anybody who comes into any container with me whether it is private mentorship or my mastery level courses or the immersions that I hold space for everybody is kind of led to embody your desires.

Elise Nicole:

Accelerator, which is my best selling workshop. It's self-paced and I'm so excited. I haven't said this out loud yet, rose, so you are the first ears to hear this and I have. The fourth iteration of it is going to be launching very soon and this is something that I run every year and it is so powerful and inside of embody your desires, we go through kind of the deeper inquiry to understand where you are leading your life, from false masks or false expectations that other people have put on you, and where maybe you are outsourcing your worth or outsourcing your validity, your enoughness, your success from someone outside of you, whether that is society, society's norms, your family, your friends, your community. Y And the reason Embody your Desires is so transformational is because you are holding a mirror up for yourself to see where you are following a path that is not yours, where you are following a path that is not yours, and it's this beautiful thing that happens, and I get to see it every time with people who move through where they get to see. It's almost like standing on a trail on a mountain and on the other side of the valley you see a trail and it's just full of wildflowers and waterfalls and you're like this trail that I'm on feels very barren. Why am I on this one? And that one over there looks amazing, and then up ahead there's a bridge, and embody your desires is that bridge to take you back to your path and your essence and your truth and allow you to have what I like to call this duality method of the discernment.

Elise Nicole:

Duality is what I call it, and in the discernment duality method you get to discern the duality of the life that you're leading and the life that actually is how you were brilliantly cosmically encoded to express, and what your signature essence, medicine is, and how to feel so confident in actually expressing that. And so you know, working with me is like I'm very multi-passionate, very multifaceted, and so when you come into my containers we cover everything. Whether you are an entrepreneur or what I like to call a soulpreneur, or you're a stay at home mom, or you're retired, or you know you are traveling the world solo, whatever it is, there is always a way to know yourself deeper and to remember who you are. Yeah.

Rose:

I think that's important. I think it's, you know, it's remembering who you are and that society conditions us, or we all condition ourselves, to be a certain way. And I know you, you you're really interested in this whole brain science thing and neuroplasticity. I know how to say it. It's just a long word to say, and I also am. You know it's it's something that's popping up a lot everywhere in conversation because we want to change and rewire our brains and it is a lot about doing that right. So it does take work.

Rose:

I want to talk a little bit about wounds. I know you mentioned that you've been through trauma and I think or I'm not going to say trauma that you've had challenges. There is a lot of talk all the time about trauma and wounds and I feel personally that these are two different things, because we can be wounded but not necessarily traumatized, and we need to go back and talk about. You know, if we're looking to change and go back to our true essence, we need to go back and revisit some of those things sometimes to find out you know the cause and how we can overcome and move through them. Do you find? A lot of people, a lot of women, come to you with old wounds?

Rose:

and maybe not even realize that they have those.

Elise Nicole:

Absolutely. Yeah, here's the thing about this, and this is a deep conversation I've been having often lately, and actually I'd love to back it up to the neuroplasticity too, because this all ties together so beautifully. So, inside of embody your desires, we talk about affirmations and neuroplasticity and the limbic brain system and yes, you're right, rose, I am a total brain nerd. And the thing is, is that in the mainstream kind of manifestation world, if you will, there's a lot of you know, if you just repeat affirmations of I am wealthy, I am healthy, that eventually your brain will rewire, because you know, like Dr Joe Dispenza says, neurons that fire together wire together. However, there is a difference between trying to trick your brain and embodying an affirmation that you already know to be true through evidence of proof and evidence of possibility that you already have felt in your body. And so we talk about a new way to form affirmations where it's not manifesting, it's becoming magnetic to those things that you desire and what that sounds like. I'll just give you one example Instead of saying you know I am wealthy, then your affirmation gets to sound like I am the kind of woman who appreciates luxury, who loves being able to, you know, gift my friends things, who appreciates looking in my bank account and seeing X dollar amounts.

Elise Nicole:

I am the kind of woman who feels excited to be able to afford traveling, because we can relate to those things, right, I can relate to loving luxury, whatever that looks like for me and my own perspective. I can relate to how good it feels embodiment in the Soma in my body to gift my friends things or buy them concert tickets or, you know, buy them lunch and be like, no, I'm covering this because this is a gift for you, right, we know what it feels like to appreciate seeing you know safety in our bank account and not having that feel of lack mentality that comes up when we look at our bank account. And so when we look at rewiring the brain, it's not just about the thoughts, it's about letting that become a somatic experience deep in the cells and the soma is in the body, right In the cells. And so when we look at experiencing wounds and, yes, you're so right, I'm actually someone who does not like to use the word trauma, because I feel like it's quite a buzz word right now and there are a lot of coaches out there and teachers out there, gurus, who are trying to label everything as trauma and the reality is oh my gosh. I wrote a whole email on this. The reality is that we all have experiences and this is part of our evolution huge difference between something being challenging and requiring perseverance and requiring us to step forward into our evolution and be called forward to our evolution, and clinically having a traumatic event right. And so I am someone who will look at what you have on the table, what you're bringing. Maybe what we get to excavate and uncover that are experiences that you have had or situations or challenges, and we get to say, wow, look at how resilient you are right Versus oh my gosh, you have this trauma. Because immediately when someone hears trauma, what happens in the brain? We attach to that. And when we attach to having a trauma, now suddenly something is wrong with us. Instead of if we attach to our resilience of moving through something right, then we're like, okay, I'm resilient, right. Then we're like, okay, I'm resilient, right.

Elise Nicole:

So when I went through what I went through, with having my nervous system completely crash as a brand new mother and losing my relationship, there was alcoholism, there was infidelity. I lost myself. I lost my health, my happiness. There was a chapter where I did not go outside and go for a walk by myself for many months. I didn't drive a car for almost six months because I was terrified, and you know my psychiatrist and therapist at the time may have said this is a trauma. I was.

Elise Nicole:

You can't see me diagnosed with PTSD, but the reality is is that what I had was an opportunity to really dig in and and source from my resilience to move through that. And so when clients do come to me saying this thing happened, I first and foremost like to say well, my love, you're sitting here in front of me, so look at how resilient you are and you may still be experiencing some of the aftershocks from that. You are and you may still be experiencing some of the aftershocks from that. But here's where we get to do this magic work on your gut health, your brain health and your spiritual health and helping you to begin to embody where you desire to be moving forward, knowing that you have come through the doorway of resilience.

Rose:

Wow, I'm hearing you speak and I'm thinking that resiliency is a superpower.

Elise Nicole:

I love that Quote that.

Rose:

I know I love it too. We'll quote it. We'll both use it. I mean, I think you know, I hear your story about the struggles and the challenges you've had, but you were able to rewrite your story and not be a victim um, be a victim.

Elise Nicole:

And that's what I think this whole buzz of everything having to be a trauma that we heal is is doing to our society. It's putting everybody in victim mode. And we're not victims. We are perfectly made. We are so very cosmically encoded with brilliance to have the intelligence in our cells, in our bodies, in our hearts as women, in our womb spaces. That's where that oracular wisdom comes from. It's like resiliency and being able to not be a victim but to be a muse a victim but to be a muse.

Rose:

I know your background is Celtic shamanism. You dive into a lot of the shamanism and the theory or the principle is that we are our own medicine. You mentioned medicine and it is not medicine the way we think medicine is, but we are the medicine, the tools that we use and what we have inside of us to to connect with that essence or bring that back out and and heal ourselves. You know, that's wonderful. It's beautiful. I wanted to circle back a little bit about what. What keeps women from embodying the life they desire and I've heard you say before and I believe this too is that there there's a lot of limiting beliefs that they have and these can come from old stories, like you said, that people tell them, or women may feel that they are judged by other people and that starts to create these limiting beliefs. How do you help, or talk about some ways in which you can help people overcome some of those limiting beliefs?

Elise Nicole:

Yeah. So, again, this discernment duality method looks at both sides. So one of the questions that you get to ask yourself is how have I been staying small? Out of fear of maybe being abandoned or maybe letting someone down? Or maybe, if I decide to embody this truth of mine, who am I going to lose? What am I going to lose? What responsibilities might I have to take on? And when we can uncover those things and reveal to us the truth of where the fear lies, which we've all heard this, I'm sure, but fear false evidence appearing real, right, when we can uncover where that's come from, it helps us to understand where we are making our decisions from, understand where we are making our decisions from. But truly, the first piece is really knowing. You know what are you surrounding yourself with that's creating these limiting beliefs, what voices are you listening to? That's creating the limiting beliefs. And so we can ask ourselves those deeper questions. But then also, inside of Embodied Y your Desires, we look at what I like to call the fives, and your fives are you know, what are you surrounding yourself with? What are you listening to? What music are you listening to? What conversations are you taking part in? You know, on the regular. Who are you surrounding yourself with? Who are you tuning into? Maybe on social media or Netflix, or the news? Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, that's a whole nother podcast episode. That is a whole nother podcast episode. But I don't read the news. I don't follow anybody on social media that posts anything. Going on like that. You know, we are what we take in and again in the limbic brain system what we listen to, what we feel, the textures of our lives, how we posture ourselves. All of those things are where we either create possibility beliefs or limiting beliefs. And so are you limiting yourself by who you're surrounding yourself with, like using the fives here just for this moment? You know, if you're with us now, you're listening to this.

Elise Nicole:

Now, think about on your fingers, count them, the five people you see and speak to the most often or listen to, because a lot of people listen to podcasts often and I do count that as a person, right? So who are you spending your time with? Who are you listening to their story? Who are you participating in their story and who's participating in yours, which means they're influencing yours? This is not to say that if you have a friend, a loved one, going through a hard time to cut them out of your fives. This is to say, make sure that the majority of the five people that you are giving your energy to and you are allowing into your org field are people who uplift you, motivate you, inspire you. Who uplift you, motivate you, inspire you, help you to overflow your cup right and are people who see your vision and hold your vision with you, because it's really hard to have possibility belief if everyone around you is struggling or everyone around you is in limiting belief mindset right.

Elise Nicole:

And so the first thing you can do if you are coming up against limiting beliefs is ask yourself where you are either creating possibility belief on the regular for yourself, that's your habitual state of being your habitual energetic energy, or you know, is it the opposite for yourself? That's your habitual state of being your habitual energetic energy, or is it the opposite for you. And the beautiful thing is, we live in this universe of free will, so we all have a choice. You have a choice how to show up, and trust me when I say you think you cannot shift things on the dime, but you can If you were to scroll far enough back through my social media, and I post a lot. So have fun.

Elise Nicole:

You will see that about three years ago I'm covered in crystals right now. But covered in crystals I was very soft spoken, I still had an edge to me and that authentic essence. But I felt like I had to speak in this certain poetic kind of way for the esoteric community, the metaphysical community, to be attracted to me, to me. And what I was doing was limiting myself, because my signature essence gift is to be that mystic cowgirl, because I am a cowgirl at heart, and I was limiting myself for living the life of my dreams, because I was trying to fit into a persona or fit into this space that would create validity from the outside sources, that would make me feel like I am enough or I am worthy or I am an expert in my field or whatever it is.

Elise Nicole:

And so, almost overnight, I had this just intuitive hit like that where I was like Elise during the day, when you're not teaching and you're not holding space for Oracle card readings and you're not holding space for private clients, you're on a horse, you are out in the mountains, you are hanging out with your cowgirl hat on watching rodeo and you are. You know, tyler and I are Colorado state country swing dance champions. Yes, you know I listen to country music and I grew up on a ranch, so it's like I was hiding that self for fear of what it would limit in my life. But actually when I just kind of busted out of the closet and was like you know what I get to be, both All of those limits just dissolved and the beliefs that I was holding onto about those limits dissolved in a whole world of possibility opened up and I had triple the amount of clients and triple the amount of conversations and so much more fun because I was now in possibility belief.

Rose:

Wow, oh, that's a beautiful story. I'm so drawn into what you were saying and I can just see the freedom, as if you shed this coat and these wings. I saw these wings expand behind you and I feel that oh, it's, it's wonderful. When we spoke a little while ago, we had a quick chat. I loved how you talked about the Q queen and honoring our queen society does look at youth as being, you know, always did youth. You know social media looks at that and and youth and then people who are older. We're talking about like that triple goddess that the, the maid, the mother and the crone people who are older are in those crone years and that involves wisdom and invokes that feeling of that beautiful, divine feminine. But they're all queens and I want to ask you a little bit about how you encourage women to embrace that, that queen essence in all the cycles of their lives.

Elise Nicole:

Absolutely Inside of my mastery level course, which is called Becoming Journey of the Intuitive. It is 12 weeks. The first phase of the course is the first three weeks, and this is what we focus on is excavating all of the gemstones and jewels that live inside of you, that help you behold yourself as a queen. And what I find is that, because of the way that we have been in this false narrative of having to do, do do all the time, which is very masculine, we have forgotten powerful, how poignant it is to slow down and really begin to have sacred effort in what we do and take that intentional action in all things that we do. And becoming the queen is not just about looking the part, although that is a piece, I believe, of tapping into and expressing our feminine essence is remembering that beauty is a piece of how we are wonderfully made as women, right, and that creative vitality comes through beauty and being able to have an awareness of beauty. Yes, and maybe that looks like putting yourself together. This is something we do inside of Becoming. I have these women put themselves together for a week. Pick out your outfits, feel the textures that are on your skin, play with your hair, adorn yourself, adore yourself, as if you are a mother looking down on your daughter, your beloved daughter right, play with her hair, you know, put nourishing things on her skin that make you feel like you are living in pleasure mode, because that is the essence of a woman. But more than that, it's like if you consider a queen in her castle. She doesn't let just anybody in. Right, you have maybe your guards or your moat, or whatever it is, your gardens around your castle. Those are your sacred, loving boundaries. That is honoring yourself as a queen, having boundaries right. When you look at your home, I don't care how small your home is. I mean, I lived in a 31 foot RV with two toddlers and two puppies and another adult for many, many months, and you better believe that that little bliss bus, which is what I called it, was my castle and I treated it as such when I did the dishes, even if my dishes were plastic campware. These are the dishes that feed my family and if I am the queen of this space here, then I'm going to treat these dishes as if they are the finest china that I have, because they feed my family and they hold the food right and when it comes to, you know, keeping your home clean and having this space in your home that feels good, feels good even if luxury to you is a wool blanket that's 25 years old. Great Honor it as such right. This goes back to the mindset things and when we really get to restore our essence as a queen, living our lives, how we carry ourselves, how we speak, the sacred communication we hold space for.

Elise Nicole:

I like to. I am someone who loves time pieces. I love Outlander, I love Bridgerton, I love anything about any queen, mary Queen of Scots there's a show about her called Rain. There's a lot of drama in the show, I'll say. But what I love about watching those shows is watching the queen become the queen and where she gets to bolster her confidence and really tune into a deeper level of communication and truly witnessing women of elegance have confidence in themselves and all of these shows.

Elise Nicole:

We literally get to watch a woman go through maidenhood, motherhood and to be the wise crone and whether they have children or not. We go through those eras of womanhood multiple times in every phase of our lives and I have many clients who come into private mentorship in my courses who are in their 50s 60s. I even had a private mentorship client in her seventies, and you know many clients who come in who are 18 to 30, right, and every single one of them gets to tune into what it would mean to carry herself, express herself and show up as the queen version of herself. And it's different for all of us, but what it really boils down to is asking yourself if you were walking the earth as a fully loved, fully desired, fully pleasured, fully, absolutely cherished and devoted to woman, how would you carry yourself? How?

Rose:

would you carry yourself? That's beautiful. Well, I think women may find it uncomfortable to, or some to try to embody that, but but we can and we should. And when we are, when we feel that that confidence, then, whether or not you have a king in your life or not, as we've talked about, you can manifest or magnetize that king, whether your king now is not like a king, but we can hope that we magnetize that for our lives.

Elise Nicole:

Yeah, yeah, that's my story actually with you know, I like I'm a sound alchemist as well, I play crystal balls and so sound is vibrational things obviously like just light me up. And when I was, I was a single mother for almost a decade and you know I dated. I had people that came into my life and I like to call the people that come into our lives but are not our forever people, and even our forever people are what I like to call personal emotional trainers or pets. And I got this from a book that is, um, it's called, the book is called. It didn't start with you and actually that's not the book. It's in. The book is, uh, nonviolent Communication by Marshall Rosenberg and he calls people who come into our lives pets, personal emotional trainers.

Elise Nicole:

And when those people who come into our lives, if we are holding a vision of how we want to express ourselves, maybe as the queen and I'll use like the dating world for this, it doesn't matter what age you are, who you are, what you're magnetizing into your life. When you become an energetic match for what you are calling in, there is no other way but for things to respond to you out of sympathetic resonance the thing that vibrates the strongest, other things begin to vibrate at that level, right? So when I was dating these people and I was like, okay, I like this about them, but I don't like that, I would be vocal about it, I would share about it, I would write about it. And then I would ask myself, okay, if this man wasn't emotionally available for me, what kind of woman do I need to express myself as to magnetize or attract an emotionally available partner? And then I got to do the work on myself to find what that is.

Elise Nicole:

And you know, I did that work for many years and now I have my absolute king in my life. And now I have my absolute king in my life, right? And it really truly is about asking yourself am I being not, are they? But am I being an energetic match for what I desire? Am I being in my magnetism for what I desire? Because the opposite is true. If you're angry all the time or you're frustrated, or you're like this person won't pick up the trash, or whatever, well, they're going to match your energy, because we're all energy and frequency and we know that to be true.

Rose:

Very true. What keeps you grounded?

Elise Nicole:

Oh goodness, what keeps me grounded? This is a good one, because for a long time I was not grounded, um, and I think that that was the source of a lot of anxious feelings, which I don't attach myself to. Saying that I have anxiety, I like to just say anxious feelings could come in, honestly. What keeps me grounded is trusting myself, yeah, and trusting the divine, and trusting that I'm led and I'm guided and that I'm safe.

Rose:

And part of that is, or a lot of that is, your intuition.

Elise Nicole:

Absolutely.

Rose:

Which is something that we should honor and we forget or some people don't Do you find people are not connected with their intuition.

Elise Nicole:

Yeah, when we're not, we again are seeking, and I'm somebody who believes in.

Elise Nicole:

Yeah, there's fun to be had in shadow work, there's fun to be had in trying to figure everything out, but at what cost are you really allowing for your energy to leak out by not trusting and surrendering to the divine and allowing without having to fill the space with always seeking what's going to keep you grounded or what's going to do this or what's going to do that? I mean, trust me, I love to put my feet on the earth, I love to make sure I am well nourished and drinking lots of water and, you know, I love to make sure that I have spaciousness in my day and spending time with family and being mindful of the energy that I take in. I mean, I have a free workshop bundle that talks about being an empath and how to protect our energy, but all of those things have to come second to creating safety in yourself, and creating safety in yourself comes from, yeah, you trusting yourself as an oracle and trusting the divine to protect you, provide for you, look out for you, guide you all the things.

Rose:

Yeah, it's beautiful. I think sometimes we look outside of ourselves for validation maybe too much validation and we don't realize that we really hold. The power, you know, I always think about and I've said this before is that in the Wizard of Oz, D dorothy always had the power to go back home. You know.

Elise Nicole:

I love that.

Rose:

We have the power. We are the queens. I love that. Is there anything else you wanted to share before we wrapped things up?

Elise Nicole:

wanted to share before we we wrapped things up. Well, I would say that you know, if there's one thing that I could bestow as a piece of of your own connection to yourself, like something that will help you know yourself better, is, if you are a woman, how much are you trying to do versus allowing yourself to be? And no matter what you want to do, embody your desires, tap into your intuition, express your signature essence, medicine on the planet and start a business as a soulpreneur. Or if you want to just settle into having a beautiful life, whatever that looks like for you, I really do believe that when we allow ourselves or give ourselves permission to be in the beingness instead of always trying to do something to for lack of better term achieve that, that's where we shift from achieving and grasping to embodying. And there is it's simple and there is no secret like maze that you have to get through to be able to embody your truest essence and embody your desires and embody that queen within. It gets to be simple and people can tell you you need all the things, all the courses, all the mentorship, all the this, that the other, all the books, whatever it is, the certifications, but there is no certification higher than trusting in your co-creation with the divine Rose.

Elise Nicole:

I wanted to also mention for your listeners that I have a wonderful gifted offer. That is, the worthy woman visualization meditation. And this is a beautiful meditation that is about 30 minutes long that helps women to tune into their worthiness, their intuition and really embodying that queen essence. And so if you wanted to have something now that you can tune into, to experience that piece of embodying your desires, I will make sure that you have the link to give that to your listeners. And, as a little secret, when you do go, put your email in to receive that meditation, you also get embody yourires workshop for 50% off.
