Do you know that there are different types of anxiety and different levels?
Anxiety is defined as a feeling of worry or unease about something that hasn't yet happened. It can be something that assists us in situations by making us ready to address a situation. However, when it is elevated for prolonged periods of time, anxiety can block productivity, increase our heart rate, deplete us, and lead to other long-term health issues.
What are some of the 'Root' causes of anxiety?
How can we know when unhealthy anxiety exists?
In this episode of Chat Off The Mat, Jennifer Eash and Rose Wippich will help you unpack your Anxiety Toolbox and teach you ways to recognize and help reduce it.
